This course focused on royal icing. Each week he
learned how to make different flowers. They were
then dried and saved for the last week.

I think he did a great job! But now we must wait a month.He was too stressed out to go on. That one night a week was just too much for him. He thinks he will start again in November and learn fondant techniques. Stay tuned...

ReplyDeleteFondant is a rolled icing. Kind of like rolling out a pie crust, but it is a sweet frosting. It is purchased pre-made. I don't know if you can even make it at home.
