He sat there intently. I couldn't believe how long studying mathematical concepts was holding his interest. As I moved from room to room, he was still engrossed in that math book. Nearly an hour later, the boy was still studying his math. I was so proud.

Since when do math books contain "Far Side" comics? I think my self motivated boy is becoming a little sneaky.
I had to catch up on your blog - great house. It is so beautiful. I need some help in that department - redecorating is not my thing. Love the sneaky boy - very clever he is. You may have to watch that one. I also LOVE the new haircut - makes you look younger, I think.
ReplyDeleteOh, my! :)

What the verse about them lying from birth? Little Amanda is just as sneaky. She'll get up and bang on the walls when she's supposed to be sleeping. When I go into the remind her to lay back down, she'll drop down so fast and close her eyes like she was sleeping!
ReplyDeleteWhat a trickster!
